Mission and Objectives
HAC is a non-profit civil society organization that began practicing its humanitarian work in 1/1/2020 and obtained an official license in 1/1/2021 under the number 128. It works to implement its humanitarian interventions in a way that touches on the aspirations of the beneficiary community by adopting the principle of sustainable humanitarian work, and works geographically in The scope of the Republic of Yemen .

Mission
Improving citizens' access to public services.
Improving citizens’ access to public services by working to provide safe drinking water.
Reducing the rate of diseases and epidemics.
Reducing the rate of diseases and epidemics resulting from the use of unsafe water.
As well as building bathrooms and providing sanitation equipments.
Providing a suitable environment for economic and commercial work
Providing a suitable environment for economic and commercial work and attracting investments to achieve economic growth in the targeted areas.
Contributing to reducing reverse migration
Contribute in reducing reverse migration from rural areas to urban areas, due to the lack of water, through the rehabilitation of wells and public water networks.

The Humanitarian Action Cell is committed to the principles of transparency, independence, and neutrality in all its activities, and seeks to build strong partnerships with local and international bodies to ensure that aid reaches the most needy groups in various regions of Yemen.
Since its inception, the organization has worked to provide immediate relief to areas affected by conflicts and disasters, with a focus on supporting vulnerable groups such as women, children and displaced people.
